PAYING THE PIPER
I over did it in the garden yesterday; 12 bags of compost top dressing and an equal amount of mulch.
Hurt my ankle and am now hobbling around like a wounded soldier.
The garden however, looks amazing!

That bed looks great. Mine are doing good but this will be the first Texas summer for many of them and you've got to be really hardy to last through that.
I get it! We have severe Winters here so hardy plants are our friends!

Gosh, you sound like me. I either do too much or I quit and feel fine and then think, darn, I could have done more. Hahaha
