Well the new year so far has been been the pits.
Can't seem to shake this nasty cold that gets ten times worse when the sun goes down.
This morning though I started taking something that according to a reliable source, should help.
Black elderberry:
Hopefully I'll get some sleep tonight.
Have you tried it? Did it help you?
I'll let you know if it helps me.

Yes, I have tried this and it helps. I have some on hand right now along with their tablets that you let melt in your mouth. Pray that you will feel better soon ~ FlowerLady
ReplyDeleteSo good to hear, Flowerlady!Thank you.
DeleteHope you feel better soon! I have tried the tablets in this brand (same as Miss Lorraine uses) and it does help. We also take sambucus twice a day. The Urban Farmer is in charge of making the sambucus and he uses the One Pot. We both think it helps tremendously.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Donna. All from same plant so great stuff all around. The cough is better already.
DeleteOh gosh how I understand. My coughing is so much worse at night. I just got some Buckleys from my friend in Canada (no we don't have it here) That helps but honestly I just want it to stop! I am going to look for this and see if we can get it down here in the lower 48. Thanks! I hope you feel better real soon!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you can find it. This stuff is great; I actually slept last night. Let me know!
DeleteOh no! We started 2020 off with colds as well. I think we all just need spring! Feel better!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kim.
DeleteI've heard of it but never tried it. Let us know how it works. I may order some to have on hand. The crud will catch me sooner or later. Right now it is still allergies day in and day out. Yuck.
ReplyDeleteAllergies are the worst. Hang in there.
DeleteI've never heard of it. Hope you feel better very soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks Polly.
