Packing For The Trip

 I am getting organized for a trip to Portugal.

It's been a while since this girl has been on vacation. I'm looking forward to being by the ocean and eating fresh sea food.

We are travelling with two other couples, so it should be fun. I need some laughs.

I'm A Work In Progress

Well, I won't lie, losing my best friend, Ben, last summer has really kicked my ass. I haven't found my 'footing' yet, but gardening has kept my head above water at least.

I'm not sure if I will find a new friend, but I am giving fostering some serious thought.

Can't focus on painting, reading or much of anything other than gardening and being outdoors.
